The Melbourne Grand Mosque, located about 25 kilometres west of the CBD in Tarneit, will serve a burgeoning multicultural community that has attracted to the outer-suburban growth corridor.

Melbourne Grand Mosque is part of Werribee Islamic Centre, a larger facility which includes WIC Community Centre, Food and Kitchen Services, Janaza Services, Library and Classrooms, Islamic Counselling services, Early childhood service centre, WIC Sports Centre, and parking facilities.
