Located about 5 minutes south of the main town centre, Masjid Abu Bakr As-Siddiq – Islamic Society of Ballarat (ISB) was established in 2015. The ISB is a community engagement organization with an objective of uniting Muslims in Ballarat and to help integrate with the broader community effectively.

Islamic Society of Ballarat was founded by Muslim residents living in and around Ballarat, VIC. The organization’s aim is to provide amenities to local Muslims and to facilitate their Islamic way of life.
