At Granny’s Gozleme we carry on a family tradition of cooking fresh gozleme daily using quality ingredients. They are served at the just the right temperature to be enjoyed right away. All of our gozleme is prepared and cooked in store using local produce from Queen Victoria Market and surrounding suburbs in Melbourne. I have fond memories of waking up to the smell of my grandma’s gozleme in the morning. My favourite in the morning was the spinach and cheese gozleme.
In Turkiye, gozleme can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Families usually make gozleme in large quantities which are then stored in the freezer at home. They can easily be reheated in a microwave or sandwich press in a couple of minutes and ready to eat.”
